Research and development

The company “DiSiCon” successfully continues scientific research. In March, the team of "Lesnoy Dozor" received two international Eurasian patents and one patent of the Russian Federation for the invention. For now, the company owns 13 different patents.

 

 

Udmurtia Republic

In Udmurtia this year is launching a pilot project "Forest Watch". Within the project, cameras will appear in the forests of the republic, which will monitor the state of the forest fund 24 hours a day. This was reported by the press service of the head and government of the region with reference to the words of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic Denis Udalov. 

The company-developer of the system "Lesnoy Dozor" presented its solution to the participants of the National Forestry Forum, one of the stages of which was held for the first time in Udmurtia. Specialists for the protection and regeneration of nature from all over the country came to the republic. The main goal of the forum is to improve the efficiency of forest use.

 

 

Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region

Yamal is preparing for a fire-dangerous season. The system "Lesnoy Dozor» that was already launched in Salekhard and Purovsky district is recommended for use in the subjects of the Urals Federal District. 

To remind, the system allows remotely monitoring the territory with the help of video cameras and controlling the situation in a fire-dangerous period, the regional government reports.

 

 

Orel region

Orel region is getting ready for a summer season. To fight forest fires were created 41 mobile extinguishing group of 127 people, the press service of the government reported. Fire-fighting units are equipped with everything necessary, and in the most fire-hazardous areas of the region, security cameras "Lesnoy Dozor" has been installed.

 

 

Republic Mariy El

The preparation of Mariy El for the fire-dangerous period was discussed at a meeting of Government Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies and Fire Safety, led by the head of the region Alexander Evstifeev. The security of the Republic's forest heritage is monitored around the clock by the Lesnoy Dozor system, which consists of 18 video cameras. A fire in the forest is very important to see at a very early stage. And if in former years people were peering into the distance from special towers, now the operators do it watching the screens of the video broadcast.

 

 

Ulyanovsk region

The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Ulyanovsk region, Mikhail Semyonkin, presented a report on the activities of the region's timber industry complex in 2017. The focus is on preventive measures. Large forest fires last summer did not occur. In 2017, the video monitoring system "Lesnoy Dozor" was introduced. Five video cameras successfully operate on the territory of several forest districts.

 

 

Samara region

In the Samara region, the emergency services are checking "combat readiness" of fire fighting equipment and a regional dispatch center that manages video surveillance system of 26 cameras. The region is armed with "Lesnoy Dozor" - software that not only fixes the fires, but also gives the exact coordinates, which makes it possible not only to organize firefighting more quickly, but also sometimes to identify its causes and culprits.

 

 

Ryazan region

The Ministry of Nature Management of the Ryazan Region on the International Forest Day as a part of All-Russian action "Foresters open the doors" organized a trip for the students of the Forestry Department of the Ryazan State Agrotechnological University to the main base of Firefighting service of region “Pozhles” in Solotcha settlement.

The students visited regional dispatch center. The guests learned about the peculiarities of the work of “Lesnoy Dozor” software and about the capabilities of video equipment located on the mobile communications towers in the districts of the region. By the beginning of the fire-hazardous season, the number of cameras will be 30 (last season there were 27). Such a number of monitoring equipment allows the duty operator to learn about the fire-dangerous situation in real time practically on the whole territory of the forest fund.

 

 

Republic of North Ossetia

The head of the republic of North Ossetia Vyacheslav Bitarov in his report-message to the parliament of the region spoke about the work done in the field of natural resources management. The complex of measures in 2017 involved installation of four video monitoring systems "Lesnoy Dozor”, which allow timely detection of forest fires and control illegal logging.
